Situated on the first floor, the apartment offers relatively spacious accommodation with a balcony affording views over the garden and local area. The balcony is accessed from either the lounge or the bedroom via large patio doors, and is an ideal suntrap in winter whilst offering a measure of shade in the summer. Sunbeds are provided and are stored securely on the communal sundeck, close to the main garden.

Although having only one bedroom, the apartment caters for up to four persons - the lounge serving as a spacious second bedroom via two single beds, which are concealed within a decorative unit when not in use. Again the kitchen is fully equipped, with full sized cooker and oven, refrigerator, micro-wave - plus an automatic washing machine. The bath has been replaced by a medium sized walk-in shower which is thermostatically controlled.
