Externally, the complex features enclosed gardens, swimming pool and sunbathing area, yet is only 100 metres from the magnificent promenade and the ever-popular beaches with their sunbeds, shades and seasonal watersports.

Although situated in the heart of the Montemar district, with the widely acclaimed Benalmadena Marina within easy walking distance in one direction, and the famous Carihuela promenade in the other, the ERISA complex retains a peaceful tranquillity ideally suited to a restful holiday.
All apartments are privately owned with several offered for holiday rentals. These are usually equipped to cater for two or four persons, unless stated to the contrary, and each represent excellent value for money. Complemented by satellite television, CD players and often having concealed safe boxes for extra security, such apartments have proved extremely popular.

Rental apartments are fully serviced, with bed linen provided – including a weekly change – the apartments being cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. An intercom link with the front entry gate enables your friends to announce their arrival, and allows you to open the gate automatically from within the apartment.
