ERISA

each offering comfortable furnishings, marble floors,
fully fitted kitchens and tiled bath/shower rooms. Externally,
the complex features enclosed gardens, swimming pool and
sunbathing area, yet is only 100 metres from the magnificent
promenade and the ever-popular beaches with their sunbeds,
shades and seasonal watersports.

situated in the heart of the Montemar district, with the
widely acclaimed Benalmadena Marina within easy walking
distance in one direction, and the famous Carihuela promenade
in the other, the ERISA complex retains a peaceful tranquillity
ideally suited to a restful holiday.

apartments featured here are equipped to cater for up to
four persons, unless stated to the contrary, and each represent
excellent value for money. They are equipped with satellite
television, CD players and most have concealed safe boxes
for extra security.
Apartments
are fully serviced, with bed linen provided and changed
weekly – the apartments being cleaned prior to your
arrival and after your departure. An intercom link with
the front entry gate enables your friends to announce
their arrival, and allows you to open the gate automatically
from within the apartment.
